Check out my blog from my most recent show, "The Dark Side of Psychosis," a choreographed devised piece to the sounds of Pink Floyd's Dark Side of the Moon. This show took about a year to create, with at least 6 months of preparation. The blog is an analysis and record of my findings.

Following "The Dark Side of Psychosis," I returned to my family's (and my) home in Greece. This was a time of celebrating my graduation and rehabilitate from the stresses of working on a show, working full-time and attending school part-time for a solid year. The photo to the left is from a trip I took to a village named Olymbos, in the northern region of Karpathos. After travelling to Greece, I returned home and began work as a college graduate. Currently I am working at Central Connecticut State University as the Publicity Manager to the Theatre Department and at New Britain Youth Theatre as a teaching artist. With New Britain Youth Theatre I have been devising a show at Pulaski Middle School contfronting the issues surrounding bullying. This year I am also working with Hartford Performs (through NBYT) to teach workshops in Hartford, adapting the books the students are reading in class, adapting to stage.

This spring I will be submitting my application to pursue my Masters in Mental Health Counseling and Expressive Arts Therapy, to bridge creativity with wellness
